Madden’s cloud-based platform helps consumer brands and retailers make data-driven decisions on sales and inventory. By turning complex analytics into actionable insights, it reduces stock-outs and overproduction—boosting both profitability and sustainability.
Engineering is at the core of Madden Analytics. The product team values collaboration, ownership, and inclusivity, ensuring that the best technical solutions come from diverse perspectives. Today they’re 10 employees working from their Odenplan office in central Stockholm. Used by leading retail brands such as Our Legacy, Haglöfs, JLindeberg, Asket, Ninepine and Chimi.
About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to deliver impactful features. Madden’s tech team is tight-knit, fast-moving, and values creativity and initiative.
You’ll be involved in: ✅ Collaborating with leadership, product, and developers to refine solutions. ✅ Owning end-to-end workflows from backend (Golang, Postgres, Clickhouse) to frontend (React, TypeScript). ✅ Contributing to architecture, technical discovery, and team discussions. ✅ Thriving in an agile startup environment with real influence over your work. ✅ Optionally, working on cloud infrastructure (Azure) and machine learning projects (e.g., NeuralProphet) if interested.

✔ Skilled in frontend and backend development (or eager to learn more about what you don’t know). ✔ Passionate about scalable applications and data-driven solutions. ✔ A problem solver who takes initiative and enjoys improving products. ✔ Independent, proactive, and ready to take ownership. ✔ Bonus: Interested in consumer retail, e-commerce, and analytics.
