✅ Handle customer support requests swiftly and accurately, either independently or with the Atlar team.
✅ Use critical thinking and internal tooling to diagnose and solve complex problems.
✅ Set up, optimize, and maintain Atlar’s customer support ticketing system.
✅ Play a key role in Atlar’s feedback loop, helping improve the product based on real customer insights.
✅ Work on documentation, escalations, product updates, and cross-team communication.
✅ Ensure Atlar continues to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
🎯 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
🎯 A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
🎯 A desire to own and grow the role as Atlar scales.
🎯 Strong investigative and analytical skills.
🎯 Basic coding or scripting skills.
🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication.
